Rihanna Reveals Third Pregnancy in Bold Blazer-Skirt Look at the 2025 Met Gala

Rihanna once again proved she’s the queen of fashion and surprises, revealing her third pregnancy while making a show-stopping late entrance at the 2025 Met Gala. The singer turned the iconic steps of the Metropolitan Museum of Art into her personal runway, debuting her baby bump in a daring, custom-tailored pantsuit by Marc Jacobs.

True to form, Rihanna arrived just before 10 PM, long after most celebrities had already made their appearances, ensuring all eyes were on her. As Cosmopolitan noted, “She had the Met Gala steps all to herself,” and she certainly made the most of the solo spotlight.

The star rocked a structured grey blazer-skirt hybrid, intentionally open from the hips to let her growing bump shine. A dramatic wide-brimmed hat and minimalist accessories added to the powerful aesthetic, perfectly in line with the evening’s theme.

This year’s theme, “Superfine: Tailoring Black Style,” paid tribute to Black elegance, creativity, and dandyism, inspired by Monica L. Miller’s influential book Slaves to Fashion. As always, Rihanna interpreted the theme with bold originality, elevating both maternity and Met Gala fashion.

While Rihanna saved her grand reveal for the finale, her partner A$AP Rocky, who served as one of this year’s official Met Gala co-chairs, walked the red carpet earlier in the evening alongside Colman Domingo, Lewis Hamilton, LeBron James, and Pharrell Williams.

Speaking to the Associated Press, Rocky shared his excitement: “It feels amazing, you know. It’s time that we show the people what we was cooking up. And I’m glad everybody’s happy for us ’cause we definitely happy.”

The couple are already parents to two sons RZA, born in May 2022, and Riot, who arrived in August 2023. Rihanna previously made headlines when she announced her second pregnancy during her unforgettable 2023 Super Bowl halftime performance.

Despite their busy family life, both artists continue to thrive professionally. Rihanna voices Smurfette in the upcoming animated film The Smurfs (releasing July 18), which will feature her rendition of Belinda Carlisle’s “Heaven Is a Place on Earth”, along with original music.

Meanwhile, Rocky is gearing up for the release of his highly anticipated album Don’t Be Dumb, as well as his role in Spike Lee’s new film Highest 2 Lowest, slated to hit theatres on August 22.

Rihanna has consistently stood by Rocky through personal and legal challenges, including his recent felony shooting trial in Los Angeles. Through every high and low, the couple continues to show unity, love, and growth not only in their careers but in their expanding family.
