Camila Mendes and Rudy Mancuso are engaged after a surprise proposal during a party

The “Riverdale” alum and her partner, the YouTube and music creator, celebrated their engagement after three years together, with the proposal taking place during what Mendes thought was a birthday celebration for her producing partner.

According to sources, Mendes, aged 31, and Mancuso, 33, were surrounded by friends and family at the event when the moment unfolded Mancuso reportedly asked Mendes to marry him, and she accepted, clutching a diamond ring with a large stone on a silver band as they exited the party and moved on to a larger gathering at Los Angeles’s renowned Château Marmont.

Their relationship first became public in early 2023, though the two had been privately dating since November 2022 after meeting on the set of their film project “Música,” which Mancuso directed and co-wrote and in which Mendes starred. Mendes admitted that she had beginning to feel something real when working with Mancuso, and the chemistry on screen translated into a strong off-screen connection.
